The Caravan is completely volunteer run! Here are the main roles that you can get involved in and their suggested tasks.

Workshop leader

Could you be a workshop leader? We ask that whatever you bring is new to you – whether it’s your first time offering a NVC workshop or you’re an experienced trainer.

Workshop Tech Support

If an online event, our tech support volunteers can help things run smoothly.

You can support the workshop by:

Helping participants accessing the call (including helping people who may have falled off the call come back into the zoom room)

Monitoring the chat

Helping Breakout Rooms

Empathy Responder

Is available to support participants when empathy is requested, whether one to one or in the empathy cafe.

There will be support from the Empathy Coordinator/s and the rest of the team.

We ask that all volunteers look at our Boundaries Policy to help them decide if they would like to be involved in the event.
